Is the Mitsubishi MIVEC V6 a powerful motor?
Hey everyone. I was wondering if the Mitsubishi MIVEC V6 had good horsepower. I am looking into buying a 2006- 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse GT (the one with the V6 engine). And I was wondering if the acceleration was good. I am looking for input from Galant V6 and Eclipse V6 owners. OR if you have ever driven one, what was your experience? Did it have good pick-up? Or was the acceleration slow? Anyone who has any experience with this motor please let me know. Thanks! P.S. Please no stupid answers... Of course this car won't compete with a V8 Mustang or Corvette, but I still want to know how it runs.

Does what she's told depending on her mood, doesn't like being bossed around. So what do you think? if you haven't guessed they're identical twins, I was going to have one twin have green eyes but they're identical so they kind of can't have different eye colors. So: What do you think? Is there anything i can add/take away? If you have any good ideas of how to kidnap a 10 yr old girl i'd love to hear them. Any ideas of which one should be older? and which one should be kidnapped?

84 corvette electrical issues?
I have an 84 corvette that has been running fine. I started it up today and it started no problem. I stopped at the gas station today to fill up and again, no issues. I stopped at the grocery store and went to start the car and it failed to do so. It made a clicking sound like the starter was going and had to have someone jump it. managed to get it over to advanced auto and had a system check done and the computer didn't find any problems with the battery, starter or alternator. We jumped it again and I got it about half way home when the car shut off and started smoking from the inside. I opened the hood and saw smoke billowing from the alternator. What the heck happened from Advanced Auto to home that would short out and destroy my alternator? There are only a few aftermarket parts such as the alarm, air horn and lighting effects (which are LED and require less than 3v to power, so it's not over loading the fuse) (Plus, they are two strip LED with 5 lights on them) Any help will be greatly appreciated :)
